To report bugs and/or request new features, please email us at support@crc-tec.com.
If reporting bugs, please specify following information:
- What version of Power Control Center are you running? Select "About..." item from the pop-up menu or press "About" button in main window. Please include the entire "Version" line in your report.
- What version of Windows are you running? Please include localization type of Windows. Type "ver" command at command prompt to see what version of your Windows is.
- Is the situation reproducible? If so, how?
- If a dialog box with an error message was displayed, please include the full text of the dialog box, including the text in the title bar.
- What software are you using?
- What software was loaded when error occurred?
- What hardware are you using? Please specify computer manufacturer and series name, processor type, motherboard name and manufacturer, total amount of RAM and amount of free RAM, hard drive(s) size, free drive(s) space etc.
Please observe the following rules:
- If you want to send along some screenshots, convert them into .jpg or .gif format or pack them to .zip file.
- Do not send us any executable files.
- Write to us before sending attachments bigger than 1MB and wait to receive our Âonfirmation before sending them.
We will answer your emails within 24 hours except on weekends and holidays. As a general rule we try to answer within 1-12 hours.
You can re-send your emails to support@crc-tec.com if you have not received an answer within 1-2 days.
